The University of Caen Normandy has decided to establish a partnership foundation to preserve its heritage and build for the future.
Its name: The Fondation 1432 of the University of Caen Normandy.

Both companies and individuals can become patrons of the Fondation 1432.

World leader in the production of glove boxes for the pharmaceutical, nuclear, veterinary, hospital, chemical, and microbiological sectors, with more than 210,000 gloves manufactured and sold each year. The company thus has a unique area of expertise in industrial production contexts within containment areas, including close collaboration with all isolator manufacturers.

Piercan is present in more than fifty countries worldwide, with production sites in Port-en-Bessin (Calvados), Bondy (Paris region), and San Marcos (California). The company offers a wide range of dipped elastomer products. In addition to its full range of gloves, Piercan also produces technical parts using the same production process (bellows, masks, compression bladders, etc.), as well as a complementary range of PVC and coated fabric products welded using high-frequency welding (cuffs, bags, half-suits, flexible insulators), which are also used in containment areas.
